I have made a UniDoom BootSkin out of the UDM1 Titlepic.
You'll need BootSkin (which is free) to use it.
I hope you all enjoy it.

I'm more of a graphics person, all it takes to make a WinXP bootskin is a 640x480 bmp in 16 colors.
Win95 supports 256 colors and requires no conversion. So like CSG said, Do It Yourself (TM).
